Between the two broker owners, we’ve been serving our amazing clients and friends for over three decades.

In 2006, a physical therapist friend asked if we could possibly help a family who had survived a major accident. Since a conservatorship was part of the equation, our entry into the world of probate court related real estate had begun, and it has been impacting our business and life purpose ever since.

The knowledge base we draw from today began the early 1980’s, first by developing a thorough understanding of property chain of title, sub-surface mineral ownership, and the acquisition of leasehold interests. Throughout the 1990’s, our tool box expanded to include broad based knowledge of retail and multi family commercial real estate, deep experience before many municipal planning, zoning and historic preservation boards, along with a solid understanding of property development. Over the last twenty years, these talent sets have been utilized to serve a growing number of fiduciary clients as they seek to maximize the value of real estate holdings for long term care needs, or to better serve the beneficiaries in the settlement an estate.
